Learn how to create video games with Scratch
An exploratory activity structured around a series of challenges that you will have to complete to build a platform game level. Through these challenges, participants will be introduced to different programming and design techniques used in video game creation. This introductory workshop on game creation for children is designed for 12-16 year olds who have some basic experience with programming in Scratch. If you would like to learn about Scratch and programming, or just get a refresher, you can register for the “Introduction to Creative Programming with Scratch”.
REQUIREMENTS
Basic programming knowledge required
You must know how to use a computer and a mouse
You must have used Scratch before
